The studio has two balconies: one opens onto the main street of Mar Mikhael, while the other faces the building's private inner courtyard, which feels calmer, quieter and more sheltered.

The bathroom is finished in travertine with black fixtures. The kind of detail that feels right without announcing itself. The studio is apartment-like in the best sense: well-proportioned, easy to inhabit and pleasant for any length of stay.
